Private Coaching
* I will work with you, where you are, on the issues you identify. (and some you may not have thought about )
Not everyone has the same needs or agendas, this is as it should be.
* If I see or sense something below the surface, I will ask you about it and perhaps push or nudge, gently.
Otherwise, I follow your lead in our discussions. This requires some effort on your part: to be self-aware and willing to be open.
* We will work in complete confidentiality.
* You will understand that although I am empathic and very experienced as Artist and as Coach,
I am not trained or certified in psychology, counseling or therapeutic modalities.
Over the past ten+ years I have worked with several hundred people (visual artists, musicians, writers) on a private or small group basis.
Coaching is not for everyone. It does not take the place of self-discipline or consistent effort.
Coaching can be a helpful tool for the individual ready to take a next step.
Sometimes there is nothing more helpful than having a supportive person to ask the hard questions and make suggestions.
It is a Coach's job to help you define your path, help you make a map, support and encourage you as you move forward, and to hold you accountable for following through.
It is my job to help you identify and open the doors you want to walk through. It is your job to take those steps.
To Enroll:
Go to http://www.paypal.com. Use the send money button to pay the initial fee ($60.00)
This fee covers our introductory questions and suggestions (usually this lasts about 2-3 weeks).
Some people find that this introductory phase is all they need to help them identify what they want and where they want to go.
Others find the experience of having a sounding board, cheerleader, well, Coach, to be invaluable.
After the introductory phase, the fee is $75/month payable in advance if we work by e-mail. If you want or need phone interaction, it is once aa week on a mutually agreed upon schedul but the fee is higher.
If you are interested in being part of a coaching group, usually 6-8 people, let me know. If there is enough interest, I'll put it together. The fee would be slightly lower after the initial phase..

When your initial payment is received, you will get the "jump start" Q&A from me and we will take it from there.
I do not put a time bracket on our interactions. Sometimes we will visit daily, some times only a few times a week.
I follow your lead but will prompt if you are quiet.
